The D-SCAPE team gets together!

It was a real pleasure to welcome the full D-SCAPE team to Imperial College London on 25 September for our first in-person Steering Group Meeting. With the team spanning the UK and Vietnam, it is rare for us all to be in the same place at once, so it was a treat to have the majority of the team together in person at Imperial! 🌍🤝

We were delighted to be joined for the day by Peter Wasson and Carolyn (Cali) Hall MPH CA-AM from LifeArc, whose support is enabling the development of the next-generation D-SCAPE devices.

During the extended Steering Group meeting, there was plenty of time for discussion on the latest progress and future plans for D-SCAPE, and the meeting was followed by a lab tour and demonstrations of the latest D-SCAPE prototypes and new user interfaces.

A great team lunch rounded the day off perfectly, giving us time to continue our conversations. All in all, the day provided a great chance to connect, reflect on our progress and strengthen the collaboration at the heart of the D-SCAPE project.

Huge thanks to the whole team and to everyone for travelling from far and wide to make it such a productive and enjoyable day.
